The Lyceum Theatre has been owned by the Shubert Organization since 1950. Built in 1903, this is the oldest Broadway theatre still in use. Seating capacity is 922. As one of the Great White Way Broadway Theaters, this theater is located in the famous Broadway Theater District, home to over 40 theaters within a 10 block strip of Manhattan (from 53rd Street to 42nd Street, between 6th and 8th Avenues).
